By downloading or using Reditor (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Reditor allows users to upload photos and generate AI-enhanced portraits.
You may use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and must not attempt to damage, disrupt, or misuse the service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos you upload.
By uploading, you grant Reditor a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for AI generation purposes.
Reditor does not claim ownership of your original materials.

4. Privacy

Your personal data (including email and country code) is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We never sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some premium features require an active paid subscription.
Pricing and availability may vary by region.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play according to their policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms of Use.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Reditor is not responsible for data loss, system errors, or the accuracy of AI-generated results.

1. License Grant

Reditor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal device in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell the App or any part of its content.

3. Ownership

All intellectual-property rights in the App and its components remain the exclusive property of Reditor.

4. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with these terms.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete the App from your devices.

5. Limitation of Liability

Reditor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and applicable international regulations.

Privacy Policy

 

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Reditor – AI Photo Editor (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information.
By using our app, you agree to the terms described below.

Our goal is to provide a secure and creative photo-editing experience powered by AI, while fully protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data without your consent.
The information we may access or store is limited to the following:

  • Email and Name: Only collected if you choose to sign in using Google or Apple, for account recovery and subscription management.

  • Subscription Status: Stored to identify active premium users.

  • Device Information: Anonymous data such as device model, OS version, and crash logs (for app improvement).

We do not collect or share any payment information. All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.

3. Face Data and Photos

We understand that photo data is sensitive.
Therefore:

Our app does not collect, store, or analyze any face data or biometric information.
When users upload photos for AI-based generation or enhancement, all processing happens locally on the user’s device.
The app does not perform face recognition, detection, or tracking.
Photos are never transmitted to external servers and are deleted automatically after processing.
No face data is shared with any third parties.

This ensures full compliance with Apple’s privacy requirements and GDPR standards.

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect (if any) is used only for:

  • Managing your subscription or premium access (through RevenueCat).

  • Providing account recovery and device synchronization (via Firebase).

  • Improving app performance and stability.

We do not sell, trade, or share any personal data.

5. Data Storage and Security

All collected information is securely stored and encrypted using Firebase’s and Apple’s data protection systems.
We retain minimal data only as long as necessary for app functionality (e.g., subscription validation).
Photo data is never stored — it is processed in memory and automatically removed.

6. Sharing of Data

We do not share any personal data with external parties except:

  • Firebase: for authentication and app analytics.

  • RevenueCat: for subscription management.

Both Firebase and RevenueCat comply with GDPR and CCPA privacy standards.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your account and data.

  • Request information about what data we store (if any).

  • Revoke access permissions at any time.
