EULA

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Halloween Party App (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Ownership

All content, software, designs, images, AI-generated assets, and trademarks within the App remain the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

3. User Content

By uploading photos or text, you grant the Company a limited license to process and display such content solely for the purpose of generating your AI images. We do not claim ownership of your original content and do not permanently store it.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Upload any illegal, harmful, or offensive materials;

  • Use the App for commercial image generation or reselling;

  • Interfere with servers, networks, or security systems;

  • Circumvent any payment or subscription mechanisms.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may contain imperfections or fictional elements. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or publish any generated content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately end.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, data loss, or misuse resulting from the use of the App or AI outputs.

8. Updates

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Welcome to Halloween Party App! By accessing or using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and that you accept these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the App only for lawful and personal entertainment purposes.
You agree not to:

  • Upload or generate inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content;

  • Infringe on intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;

  • Attempt to hack, modify, or misuse the App in any way.

3. Account and Data

If you sign in with Google or Apple, certain basic information (name, email, country) is collected to maintain your account.
We do not store your photos permanently — they are processed securely for AI generation and deleted automatically after creation.

4. Credits and Purchases

Credits are in-app units used for AI generations. Purchased credits never expire and are non-refundable once used.
We use secure third-party payment systems (such as RevenueCat, Apple Pay, or Google Play Billing).

5. Intellectual Property

All app code, UI design, and AI model outputs are owned or licensed by Halloween Party App.
You may share generated images for personal use but not for resale or redistribution without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App and its AI services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated images are for fun and entertainment — they may not always be realistic or accurate.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms or abuses the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
