App: CV Plus (“Software”)

PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

1. License Grant

The Company hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on your mobile device in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code.
Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Updates

The Company may provide upgrades, patches or new versions of the Software. Such updates will be considered part of the Software and subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CV Plus mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Bear all responsibility for activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the App to:

Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or harmful.
Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers or networks.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

4. User-Provided Content

When you add data (e.g., profile information, work history, educational entries, photos) you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display your content solely to provide and improve the App.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using the App, you consent to that collection and use.

6. PDF Export & Sharing

The App allows you to export your CV as PDF and share it. You are responsible for how you distribute or publish those files. The Company is not liable for any third-party use of your exported documents.

7. Modifications

The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and you must delete all copies.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
